The Season's Upon Us! It's just over 3 weeks until Christmas and then Year End quickly follows. The inevitable distraction of the holidays is about to set in, so it's time to get your compliance house in order for the start of the new year. Here are some things to think about:
Complaint Management: Do you have unresolved complaints? Do you even know? If you practice robust complaint management, now's the time to give that spreadsheet a thorough review before the end of the year. If you don't know what we're talking about, reach out to us and let us get you headed in the right direction heading into the New Year.
Policies and Procedures: Is your Compliance Management System in order and up to date? Has everything been reviewed this year to make sure it is still current and accurate? Don't put this off until January, December is the time to reflect on your written content and bring it up to date.
Documented Compliance Meetings: We are big advocates of holding quarterly compliance meetings throughout the year and documenting efforts. If you've been doing this, then great, have your final meeting to close out the year. If you haven't been, get one scheduled now, don't put this off until next year.
